Ospreyonyx Burgon

Related to the much, much larger River Warden the Ospreyonyx patrols more upland streams and riverine habitats, sometimes venturing out to marshlands and mangroves.  It's diet is varied but is mostly piscivorous, supplemented with berries, small birds and mammals and anything it can get it's toothy beak on.  The underside of it's feet and palms are rougher in texture to help grasp fish, with it's feet having a flexible toe to help grapple it's slippery prey.
